The cottage is located in the outskirts of Zwolle, 2 km from center and station. It is located 30 meters from a residential house, on a hill, with unique views of nature. Excellent walking and cycling opportunities in the immediate vicinity, due to the proximity of the beautiful river IJssel and the 19th century park Het Engelse Werk.
