Docked in the Deventer Harbor Quarter is a special 3-story waterfront home: Het Waterhuis. The owners occupy the first and second floor. A comfortable apartment has been created on the first floor with its own entrance and terrace.
The apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 persons. It has a living room, two bedrooms, shower, toilet and kitchenette. On the 'port side' there is a small private terrace.
The harbor is for professional use and offers a varied view: sometimes there are many ships, other times nothing. In summer, the harbor water is excellent for swimming, and by boat you can explore the first and second harbor arms. Although the name Industrieweg suggests otherwise, downtown Deventer is just a 10-minute walk away. There is a bus stop right outside the door and free parking is available.
