The Van Marlehuis is located in the old city centre of Deventer, in the Polstraat, near the Lebuïnuskerk. Polstraat 18 dates from after the city fire in 1334. It is the former home of former mayor H.R. van Marle, who became mayor of the city of Deventer in 1865. This monumental building has one of the most beautiful old interiors in the city centre of Deventer. At the rear of the building there is a beautiful view of the river IJssel.

In the Van Marlehuis you have both a bedroom and a separate living room at your disposal on the first floor. A refrigerator and coffee- and tea-making facilities are available. The adjoining, spacious bathroom has a bath, separate shower and toilet.
