Dutch Bakery Museum

Place
Hattem

At the northernmost tip of the Veluwe, on the banks of the river IJssel, in the picturesque fortified town of Hattem stands the largest Bakery Museum in the Netherlands. Four beautiful monuments, connected by a tunnel under the street, show the rich history of bread and pastries.

Every Saturday and every day during school vacations, children can get themselves. Baking activities, an exciting treasure hunt and cheerful family shows are the ingredients for an unforgettable day!

You can also enjoy coffee and poffertjes or pastries from their own bakery in the historic Poffertjessalon. They also have a beautiful terrace where you can watch the children at work together with the baker.

In their cozy museum bakery store you can buy a nice souvenir, bread and pastries or another memento for home.
