Our house is situated in a large (1000 m2) garden at the Berkel in a quiet street close to (900 m) the old centre of Zutphen.
On the first floor you will find two rooms and a private bathroom. With a wide view of the garden, the Berkel, the setting sun and the bike/walking path across the street. In the Berkel children swim and sail canoes and whisper boats. And you can enjoy the grass, water or ice of the ice rink with birds (e.g. kingfishers and lapwings) and sometimes cows or skaters.

The master bedroom (18 m2) has a twin bed, a table with 2 chairs, air conditioning and a TV. There is a microwave and coffee and tea making facilities.

The intermediate room (11 m2) has a double sofa bed and a table with 2 chairs.

The bathroom (4,5 m2) with washbasin, toilet and shower can only be reached from the in-between room.

The B&B is therefore suitable for 1 - 2 persons or for parents with children or for 3-4 persons who do not disturb each other.

On the landing (6.5 m2) is a sitting area with a minibar.

The rooms can be closed. Our dog never comes upstairs.
