Lodging Het Achterhuis is housed in the back house of Halterstraat no. 9, a seventeenth-century building located in the Zutphen district of Nieuwstad, which largely dates back to the thirteenth century. Although the Secret Annex itself is much later than the house itself, we do not want to deprive you of the rich history of the house and Nieuwstad.
Het Achterhuis dates from the beginning of the last century and was completely renovated and converted into a flat in 2003. From the flat you have a view of the city garden, which offers a beautiful view, especially in summer. And if you would like to enjoy a beautiful late summer evening in the open air, you can of course use the terrace. An oasis of tranquillity in the middle of Zutphen's city centre.
Ideal for walkers (e.g. as a stopover Graafschapspad, Pieterpad, NS-walks, Veluwe zwerfpad, Klompenpad).
